Quick response and great price!

I called Ross and he came round to look at our boiler that evening. It was losing pressure over time and needed a service. The next day Ashley arrived and serviced the boiler and checked all my radiators and explained how the heating system worked. Boiler was given the ok and no leaks found inside it. Really pleased with the quick response and advice, great price too. Great service at short notice would definitely use them again thanks for the help!!

Bit of a panic this morning to find kitchen sink plumbing broken and water all in the cupboard. Phoned and despite me not being the best for time etc, fitted me in and sorted the problem out. Excellent service. Highly recommend.

Excellent all round. Great customer service, very fair pricing which they are upfront about. They fixed a problem with our oil heating system that had been going on for 3 years with numerous attempts to fix it by various other heating engineers without success and they done it on the on the first visit!

Reliable,Professional & Conscientious

Cannot recommend Norfolk Home Services enough. I deal with contractors on a day to day basis and am extremely impressed! 1) *Reliability* - called Norfolk Home Services on a bank holiday with no hot water (after calling approximately 8 other companies). After explaining the problem and knowing it would probably need parts, Ross still attended the same day to see if there was anything that could be done as a temporary measure. Parts ordered and 3 days later we have a fully working boiler despite being in between the Xmas and New Year Period, AMAZING! 2) *Professional & Conscientious* - Norfolk Homes Services could not have done more to help us get back up and running!Thank you again for everything and we will definitely be making use of your services again!
